   8 Use this as a guide line at the moment until things get finalized also cost
   9 could change due to event in 2009,also do require any other catering for up
  10 coming functions that we could quote you on as well are always networking
  11 with corporate clients.Menu as follows.
  13 Food (2hrs duration):  $ gst
  14   - Handmade thai style fish cakes with sweet chilli jam
  15   - Selection of fresh sushi with dipping sauce
  16   - Vietnamese infused chicken and glass noodle salad wraps
  17     with soy and ginger dipping sce.
  18   - Mini  bruschetta with vine ripen tomato,basil and balsamic
  19     reduction.
  20   - Handmade petite goats cheese and caramelized onion tart
  21     with tomato relish.
  22   - Infused Moroccan chicken skewers drizzled with minted
  23     yoghurt.
  24   - Petite pappadum cups with spicy beef and riata
  26 Drinks (3hrs duration): $ gst
  27   - Beer crown lager,crown lager gold,hahn premium light
  28   - Chardonny,shiraz,sav blanc
  29   - Orange juice,mineral water,soft drink.
  31 We can do anything you require including any theming for the event this will
  32 give you idea if you would like to give me feed back as the menu is a nice
