   8 I've spoken to Customs House and they have an event coordinator
   9 on site Saturdays from 12:30pm - 4pm.  This week Diana is
  10 available between those hours, except for already scheduled
  11 appointments from 2pm-3pm.  We originally spoke with Lyn Black,
  12 the Director, but you can reach either Lyn or Diana on the
  13 details below.  I'm not sure that you'll be able to view the
  14 vessels for the river cruise as it depends if they're in use on
  15 the river.  However you can call Brisbane Cruises to speak with
  16 Helene to find out.  I'll be in Sydney for a conference, so
  17 unfortunately won't be able to meet / greet etc....
  19 We should have the letters of support by next Friday 12 September
  20 at the latest (still have fingers crossed for the Premier), but
  21 I'll get them to you earlier if I have them.
  23 Re: new PDF of the bid...for some reason, when I open your
  24 document, none of the images appear.  I'm trying to figure out
  25 why, as if I can't fix this, I'll have to cut and paste your
  26 text into my document (with the images) all over again!  If
  27 you can help, let me know.....

  36 Speaker's Dinner Details
  38 Info from Customs House:
  39   By 2010 our dinner package will be $125 per head (canap├ęs,
  40   3 courses and 4 hours beverages.)  This could be reduced to
  41   $120 per head without canapes.
  43 We would waive room hire (currently $1,500)
